The Tadami River Line Tourism Association (Yanaizu Town, Mishima Town, Kanayama Town, Showa Village, Tadami Town) will hold the "2nd Oku-Aizu Tadami Line Painting Contest" to increase interest in Oku-Aizu and the Tadami Line and promote its appeal. Why not paint the beautiful scenery of Oku-Aizu and the Tadami Line? We look forward to receiving many entries!
Entry Requirements (must meet one of the following)
・Artwork depicting the Oku-Aizu region (Yanaizu Town, Mishima Town, Kanayama Town, Showa Village, Tadami Town)
・Artwork depicting the Tadami Line's station buildings, trains, window views, and surrounding scenery

- Size: Within a quarter of drawing paper size (approx. 395 x 546 mm)

- One entry per person
- The copyright and usage rights of the submitted works belong to the Tadami River Line Tourism Association, and the association shall have the right to publicly announce, present, exhibit, print, and distribute the works free of charge without obtaining the applicant's permission.
- Works that have won prizes in other contests in the past and works that are currently being submitted to other contests cannot be submitted.
- Personal information provided at the time of application will be used only to the extent necessary for the contest.
- Objections regarding the judging results will not be accepted.
- Submitted works will be returned.

Selection
Professional judges (Kiyoshi Saito Museum of Art, Yoshiharu Sasaki; colored pencil artist, Keiko Otake) and the Tadami River Line
The Tourism Association's executive officers will hold a judging committee to determine the winners.
*The judges may be substituted due to circumstances.
Prizes
Grand Prize: 1 winner in each division (Oku-Aizu specialty products worth 10,000 yen)
Excellence Award: 1 winner in each division (Oku-Aizu specialty products worth 5,000 yen)
Special Award: Several winners (Oku-Aizu specialty products worth 3,000 yen)
Honorable Mention: Several winners (Oku-Aizu specialty products worth 1,000 yen)

*The exhibition is scheduled to tour the above five locations. Detailed dates and locations will be announced on the websites of each town and village around the beginning of October.
