This fiscal year, to commemorate the 3rd anniversary of the full resumption of service on the Tadami Line, Kaneyama Town selected official station nicknames for Aizu-Koshikawa Station and Honna Station and renewed the station name signs.
In conjunction with October 1, the new station name signs were installed with the cooperation of the Fukushima Prefecture Tadami Line Management Office.
When applications were invited for station nicknames for the two stations, submissions were received from people both within and outside the town.
From among the submitted station nickname proposals, the final selections were made, and the station name signs were created based on designs by Keiko Otake, a colored-pencil artist active in Kaneyama Town.
We invite you to travel on the Tadami Line and make use of Aizu-Koshikawa Station and Honna Station to see the newly installed station name signs for yourself.
