For dinner, enjoy a traditional kaiseki-style meal featuring local dishes, including “Ohira,” a celebratory soup from Tadami made with ingredients such as kelp, maitake mushrooms, and burdock root. For lunch, savor regional specialties like Yanaizu Sauce Katsudon and “Negi Soba,” the famous dish of Ouchi-juku eaten using a single long green onion instead of chopsticks.
