    A visitor center has opened in Roadside Station Aizu Yanaizu!
    This exhibition facility introduces the rich nature of the "Echigo Sanzan-Tadami Quasi-National Park" that spreads across the Oku-Aizu region. It is full of highlights such as scenic spots, introductions to diverse flora and fauna, and even a diorama exhibition of the Tadami Line. It opened on July 6, 2024. Please come and visit.

    Takinoyu Soap
    Handmade soap made by adding hot spring water, herb extracts, honey, and salt to soap base, then hand kneading, molding, and drying naturally. It is gentle to the skin and can be used on the face as well as the body.

    Onsen-no-Moto"
    is a hot spring water element blended based on the analysis table of the Taki no Yu hot spring. It has a thick texture and leaves your skin moist after bathing.

    Nishiyama Onsen

    Nishiyama Onsen retains a strong sense of its origins as a spa resort. This hot spring village is located along the Takitani River, a tributary of the Tadami River, and has eight different hot spring sources. Legend has it that bathing in all eight springs will cure all diseases, and even today, this secluded village retains its belief in the hot spring as a place where the gods hide.

    The gateway to Yanaizu Onsen, the white, single-story wooden station building has been selected as one of the 100 best stations in Tohoku. Renovations are planned for the spring of 2024, and it will be reborn as a new station with an original Yanaizu Akabeko papier-mache workshop and cafe.
